DCW- Direct Care Worker

📋 Description

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Assist with household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Assist with range of motion and exercises
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but not required; training provided
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability (The BAYADA Way)
