Deal Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide quote-to-signature support for Account Executives
• Manage quote queue and approval workflows
• Drive deal momentum at month- and quarter-end
• Provide pricing and analytical support for complex deals
• Administer CPQ (Roadrunner) and CLM (Ironclad) platforms
• Document processes and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of Deal Desk experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B
• Experience with CPQ and CLM tools a plus
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, Azure Marketplace offerings (nice to have)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Must be located in EST or CST time zone
