Deal Desk Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements.
• Partner with Sales to structure deals within Twilio guardrails.
• Build and review financial models and pricing scenarios.
• Own end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ from quote to closure.
• Align with Legal, Billing, and Finance to streamline deal velocity.
• Educate Sales and GTM teams on contracting policies and discount governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s + 2+ yrs in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Deal Desk; if no degree, 4 yrs exp.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial models and scenario analyses.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple high-velocity requests under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude aligned with Twilio Magic.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, and Finance.
