Debt Collection Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the country go-to-market plan for Debt Collection in Hong Kong
• Proactively identify and convert new clients through direct prospecting and networking
• Build pipeline via referrals, partnerships with brokers, banks, law firms, and intermediaries
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, contracting, onboarding
• Collaborate with Credit Insurance, Business Information and commercial teams for cross-selling
• Maintain CRM pipeline, forecast and provide reporting on market development and results

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of prospecting, originating and closing new B2B business
• Experience in Debt Collection, credit management, Trade Credit Insurance, banking, or legal
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to establish a new business activity with limited structure
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred
