Delivery/DevOps Agile Lead

📋 Description

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement
• Partner with engineering and DevOps leadership to improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time, deployment frequency
• Evaluate and optimize team structures, Agile operating models, workflows, and delivery practices to
• Apply hands-on software development and SDLC expertise to review estimates, challenge delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, product, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related
• At least 5 years of experience leading Agile delivery, Scrum, technology execution, or delivery
• At least 3 years of experience working with engineering teams using modern SDLC practices, CI/CD
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, estimation
• Advanced understanding of DevOps and cloud delivery environments, including CI/CD, automated
• Strong software engineering knowledge with the ability to understand development practices, system
