Delivery Director – AI Foundry & Anthropic Business-Western US

📋 Description

• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across assigned AI Foundry and Anthropic
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, program sponsors, technical leaders, and
• Oversee delivery of enterprise AI engagements including AI strategy, Claude-powered solutions, RAG
• Maintain executive oversight of key programs including delivery health reviews, escalation
• Serve as senior escalation point for delivery, scope, stakeholder, quality, technical, security
• Drive compliance with delivery methodology, quality framework, and client-governance practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 14+ years comprehensive experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery
• 10-14 years experience in program/project management or related delivery leadership
• 5+ years portfolio management and account delivery leadership with P&L or margin ownership
• 5+ years people management experience leading distributed technical teams
• 2+ years delivery leadership for enterprise AI/GenAI programs and at least one production LLM or
