Delivery Director, Capacity Programs

📋 Description

• Own delivery of on-prem infrastructure builds — colocation expansions, power/cooling readiness
• Drive neo cloud delivery programs — manage capacity delivery from GPU cloud and neo cloud partners
• Build and maintain master delivery schedules across concurrent, multi-site, multi-vendor programs
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders — engineering, data center operations, procurement, finance
• Own vendor and partner relationships for infrastructure delivery, including neo cloud providers
• Run risk and dependency management — identify critical path risks (power availability, hardware

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management, delivery management, or infrastructure program
• Demonstrated experience delivering on-prem data center builds (power, cooling, network
• Direct experience with GPU cloud / neo cloud capacity delivery: understanding of GPU cluster
• Track record managing complex, multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs with hard external deadlines
• Strong executive communication skills. Able to distill complex technical/operational risk into
• Proven vendor/partner management experience, including negotiating delivery commitments and holding
