Delivery Lead / PMO Director – AI, Data & Customer Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of strategic AI, data, digital, and customer transformation programs from
• Establish project charters, roadmaps, governance models, milestones, workstreams, and clear success
• Create and maintain PMO standards, delivery frameworks, RACI models, reporting templates, and stage
• Coordinate teams across strategy, architecture, data engineering, analytics, AI, CRM, MarTech
• Translate complex business objectives into initiatives, requirements, and priorities
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, budgets, capacity, and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program delivery, PMO leadership, management consulting, digital transformation, data
• Hands-on experience with AI readiness, data modernization, Customer 360, identity resolution, CDPs
• Comfortable with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methods
• Built governance structures and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong commercial judgment with estimates, budgets, staffing models, proposals, and statements of
