Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage delivery of customer personalization initiatives within teams
• Coordinate with Delivery Director to allocate resources effectively
• Manage client project portfolios including budgeting, resource planning, risk management
• Track and analyze project performance metrics and provide reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Account Managers, and other Delivery Managers
• Support Sales team by identifying opportunities and developing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Delivery Manager, Product Owner, PM, or BA
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and technical background
• Experience in Pharma domain
• Good sales skillset and quick thinking
• Experience managing web development projects and using Jira, MS Office, CRMs
