📋 Description

• Align personalization initiatives with overall strategy
• Lead delivery of customer personalization initiatives
• Coordinate resource allocation with Delivery Director
• Manage client project portfolios, budgeting, risk
• Track project performance metrics and report
• Support sales by identifying opportunities and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as Delivery Manager or similar role
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Strong technical background and Pharma domain experience
• Experience managing web development projects
• Familiar with Jira, MS Office, CRMs
