Delivery Manager - Public Sector

📋 Description

• Design and implement scaled Agile for large multi-workstream programs
• Establish Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and program reviews
• Lead and optimize Agile practices across concurrent sprint teams
• Coach Engagement Managers on advanced Agile facilitation
• Develop delivery strategies across Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Cloud Adoption
• Present program status and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex technical program delivery
• Led at least one complex, multi-workstream program end-to-end
• Scaled Agile experience (SAFe or LeSS or similar)
• Proven track record rescuing distressed programs
• Experience leading customers to define business strategy and outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead risk and issue analysis and resolution
