• Agile expertise: breadth of experience in agile frameworks and methods, applied in multiple stages
• Building and managing relationships: build and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating strong
• Communication: strong listening, verbal and written communication skills; experience communicating
• Planning and project execution: experience collaborating with team members and clients to ensure
• Leadership: role-model positive and supportive servant leadership behaviours; adjust leadership
• Commercial acumen: familiar with contract framework approaches; manage project budget and identify
