📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Delphi, Object Pascal, and related
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver new functionality
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reliable code, including solutions involving complex algorithms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and other quality-assurance activities.
• Analyse and optimise application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Integrate applications with external and internal technologies, including APIs, databases, and web

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Delphi and a solid understanding of Object Pascal and Delphi
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms.
• Practical experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, engineering best practices, testing
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into robust software
