📋 Description

• Serve as the primary system support resource for the Deltek Vision environment, coordinating with
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training to end users across Deltek
• Assess user needs, identify recurring issues, and proactively recommend tools, features, and
• Maintain and improve data quality and integrity by analyzing system information, validating data
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and controls covering system changes, user security updates
• Support the planning, configuration, testing, organization, and deployment of future application

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
• Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of Deltek Vision, including system configuration, security
• Experience providing help desk, technical, and functional application support with a strong
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts and enterprise application environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, assignments, and priorities both independently and
• Strong commitment to data quality and integrity, including the ability to validate personal work
