Demand Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage product portfolio forecasts and support end-to-end demand planning cycle
• Upload, maintain, and adjust demand forecasts to reflect business requirements
• Execute forecast adjustments, realignments, and FDO activities on open sales orders
• Maintain CVCs and other Demand Planning master data for integrity
• Perform outlier analysis and investigate forecast exceptions to identify demand issues
• Support weekly and monthly demand review processes with regional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning
• Experience with complex product portfolios and structured forecasting environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO-DP mandatory
• Experience with Kinaxis or similar advanced planning systems desirable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• English proficiency mandatory; Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin preferred
