📋 Description

  • Coordinate purchasing and supply to meet demand and service targets
  • Maintain contracts, pricing, source lists; consolidate raw chemical orders
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align forecasts and promotions
  • Manage products in planning systems; own forecast accuracy
  • Coordinate new product launches, discontinuations, and promotional packs
  • Report on service levels, inventory, forecast accuracy, and projected stock

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years supply/demand planning experience in FMCG or beauty
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain
  • APICS CPIM qualification welcome but not essential
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and detail orientation
