• Customer Sales & Profit: responsible for total OMNI customer experience, visual and commercial
• Representing H&M brand during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and create plans to optimize results and profits
• Ensure customer service and team promotion of Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and
• Manage department cost-efficiently, ensure correct routines in fitting room, checkout
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, products, competitors
