• Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store
• Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
• Establish & analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service in all areas of the store and team ability to promote and sell products
• Follow up on team promotion of Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Manage department in cost-efficient way
