📋 Description

• Supporting the Sales and Profit goals by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team promotes and sells
• Follow up on customer loyalty app (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges
