• Supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Support the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team promotes and sells
• Follow up on team's promotion of Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability
