Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, dashboards.
• Translate customer needs into technical specs and measurable value.
• Validate AI outputs and ensure business relevance.
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured.
• Manage timelines, scope, and customer expectations; drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in management or IT/solution consulting in software vendors or SI firms.
• Platform skills: data modeling, KPI definition, automation; SQL, PQL, Python.
• AI fluency: experience with AI tools; write specs; evaluate outputs; iterate.
• Domain expertise: enterprise processes; ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) a plus.
• Consulting skills: run workshops, manage stakeholders, deliver outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Technology, Business or related field.
• Travel: willing to travel up to 50%.
