Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end site preparation, civil works, hardware logistics, installation, and
• Conduct pre-deployment technical surveys for power distribution, network connectivity, structural
• Supervise out-of-hours and night deployment shifts to ensure zero disruption to live passenger
• Direct and audit civil, electrical, and mechanical subcontractors against Arrive’s standards, SLAs
• Serve as primary on-site liaison for station managers, depot operators, and transit executives
• Ensure installations adhere to quality standards and pass acceptance testing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing field deployment, site engineering, or system installations for
• Resilience under tight delivery timelines and live operational constraints
• Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of electrical connections, hardware integration, and IP networking
• Willingness to travel up to 90% across the UK and Northern Ireland
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
