Deployment Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Build real relationships with each hotel's leadership and staff
• Plan the implementation strategy for every property you take on
• Train the whole hotel team on Lance, sometimes 100+ employees per hotel
• Own setup and go-live, then make sure the hotel succeeds on Lance long term
• Bring feedback from the field back to the team and help sharpen our playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality, customer success or operations experience (recent hospitality grads welcome)
• Confident leading a room and training large groups
• Organized, reliable and calm when plans change on-site
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
• Excited to travel often; US work authorization
