Deployment Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts
• Translate customer needs into clear delivery plans for engineering teams
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout delivery
• Support production launches, onsite work, and identify expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in delivery-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans
• Comfortable with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action
• German language skills minimum C2
