📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use cases, structure terms, close deals.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers as a trusted partner, onsite.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents, including design and orchestration.
• Scope out new industries and expand AI solutions globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
