📋 Description

• Lead selected strategic initiatives from business case development through implementation and
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align priorities, negotiate resources and timelines, and
• Oversee major cross-functional initiatives across data analytics, data platform development
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, clarify scope, assign ownership, manage dependencies
• Manage capacity, resources, and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives by business value and
• Establish and maintain the operating framework for the Research Center, including reviews

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or machine learning within
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing specialists, managers, and team leads
• Previous experience as CDO, Deputy CDO, Head of Data, or Head of Analytics in a mid-sized/large
• Strong ambition and readiness to grow into a CDO role
• Broad understanding of data and research functions including analytics, A/B testing
• Deep practical expertise in at least one major data domain
