📋 Description

• Leading strategic initiative execution from business case through implementation and measurable
• Managing executive stakeholder relationships and negotiating resources at C-level
• Overseeing cross-functional data and analytics projects (BigQuery migration, ML, experimentation
• Identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks across teams
• Managing resource allocation, backlogs, and project prioritization
• Establishing operational frameworks including reviews, planning, and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or machine learning within
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing specialists, managers, and team leads
• Previous experience as Chief Data Officer, Deputy CDO, Head of Data, or Head of Analytics is highly
• Strong ambition to grow into a CDO role
• Broad understanding of data and research functions including analytics, A/B testing, ML lifecycles
• Deep practical expertise in at least one major data domain
