Deputy General Manager

📋 Description

• Support the GM in setting and sustaining the tone, culture, and ethical standards across the India
• Act as a visible and accessible leader for the India team — championing engagement, transparency
• Assist in providing strategic direction and operational communication to achieve business results
• Serve as Acting GM in the absence of the General Manager.
• Actively build and leverage internal and external networks to support Fictiv's business objectives
• Monitor and manage regional expenses in alignment with approved budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior operations
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations in India.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation, influencing without direct
• Strong financial acumen — experience managing budgets, P&L exposure, and cost control.
• Excellent track record of driving operational excellence, process standardisation, and KPI
• Experience in technology-enabled manufacturing, supply chain, programme management, or related
