📋 Description

• Support MLRO in AML/CFT framework under UAE law and guidance.
• Ensure ongoing FATF/regulatory compliance for virtual assets.
• Coordinate with regulators for inspections, audits, and information requests.
• Oversee local compliance processes, including monitoring and surveillance.
• Draft STRs/SARs for UAE FIU submission via goAML.
• Deliver AML/CFT training and guidance on regulatory updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication to explain complex compliance matters.
• High ethical standards, discretion, integrity.
• Proficiency in compliance tools, case management, and Chainalysis/Elliptic preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in compliance/AML/CFT in financial services (MEASA).
