Deputy Program Manager / Agile Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as the Deputy Program Manager and Agile Lead, supporting day-to-day program execution, acting
• Lead SAFe/Agile execution across the team, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily
• Manage and maintain visibility of program execution, including team capacity, work in progress
• Integrate cybersecurity and RMF activities into Agile and DevSecOps workflows, working across
• Support the Program Manager in overall program management and workforce execution, including
• Develop, track, and communicate program performance, including QASP metrics, staffing and capacity

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, current TS/SCI; current CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or
• SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated Agile/SAFe leadership experience within technical delivery environments
• Working knowledge of DoD RMF and cybersecurity operations
