• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store routines and ensure the store is always ready
• Ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
• Support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
• Conduct sales training with employees in the store.
• Roll up sleeves and help where needed, from receiving goods to sales.
