Deputy Treasurer

📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Treasurer to develop and execute MoonPay's treasury strategy
• Lead liquidity and capital management activities, including forecasting requirements
• Support regulatory and geographic expansion by assessing treasury implications and regulatory
• Oversee treasury analysis, scenario modelling, and reporting
• Provide senior oversight of trading-related treasury activities, including counterparty risk
• Build scalable treasury infrastructure, controls, processes, and external partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets, banking
• At least 2 years of experience working with digital assets or stablecoins
• Hands-on experience with digital asset treasury operations, including stablecoin reserve
• Advanced expertise in liquidity and capital management, treasury risk management, forecasting, and
• Strong knowledge of financial regulation across banking, payments, money transmission, or digital
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders with significant
