Design Desk Engineer

📋 Description

• Translate client requirements and vCIO strategies into solution architectures and
• Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), workplans, business requirements
• Evaluate proposed solutions for technical accuracy, feasibility, supportability, scope alignment
• Review incoming requests for completeness and identify missing information
• Validate environment details (users, workstations, mailboxes, servers, locations, documentation)
• Maintain clear ownership of assigned requests, tracking status and communications

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, server infrastructure, virtualization, networking, security
• Experience in solution architecture, technical design, scoping, implementation planning
• Ability to translate requirements into proposals, SOWs, workplans
• Technical depth to challenge recommendations and validate AI outputs
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
