Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Build product-facing and internal tools using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind
• Design intuitive UIs to manage AI agents and define business logic
• Develop reusable components and own our design system
• Prototype features, test with customers, and ship fast
• Define UI architecture, scaling, and visual systems
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in React, TypeScript, CSS, and modern frontend workflows
• Product sense: you know when something feels right and why
• Systems thinking: you like building primitives, not one-offs
• Experience designing and building tools, dashboards, UIs
• Comfortable owning features from wireframe to code
• 4-8+ years ideal; bonus: Figma, LLMs, or backend TypeScript
