Design Engineer, UX Product

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for workflow leads and engineering regarding AI-assisted design
• Build and maintain integrations that connect AI tooling to the systems designers already work in
• Maintain practices that keep AI-assisted work reliable, including versioning, evaluation, and
• Partner with leads across UX to establish an integrated, AI-assisted design process that raises
• Map and maintain how work moves between stages, ensuring the right context travels with it
• Make outputs structured and legible so the team can measure and improve process parts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hybrid design and engineering role
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern
• Experience building or operating AI application tooling (MCP server integrations, custom agent
• Systems thinking across tool chains; ability to design cohesive workflows
• Experience with hosting, deployment, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab Pages, AWS)
• Familiarity with API integration and working with real data, including secure credential handling
