📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-10 designers and engineers
• Provide technical oversight for fire protection system designs
• Review and approve design deliverables for code compliance
• Manage project workloads, schedules, and resource utilization
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Develop client relationships and support business development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years in fire protection system design or consulting
• 3+ years leading teams or technical design groups
• Expertise in fire sprinkler, alarm, and suppression systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
