📋 Description

• Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling—from research and
• Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius
• Design and evolve OKDS core components and reusable business components with clear naming
• Build reusable template systems and AI-readable guidance, and contribute to tooling infrastructure
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure design intent, platform behavior, component APIs, and
• Prototype and improve AI-assisted workflows for template generation, component discovery, variant

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a
• Strong Figma capability, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and scalable
• Working knowledge across design-system foundations, component architecture, and template systems
• Strong craft under ambiguity: able to explore, prototype, test, and refine detailed interaction and
• Design-engineering fluency and comfort discussing implementation constraints, states, APIs, and
• An adoption mindset: you investigate user needs, make standards practical, and follow through until
