Design System Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the modernization and technical direction of the Design System.
• Own component architecture, design tokens, theming, accessibility, and performance.
• Improve developer and designer adoption by reducing friction, improving documentation, and
• Make the Design System machine-readable and tool-friendly, enabling automation and AI-assisted
• Define quality standards, testing strategy, and governance for Design System changes.
• Work closely with product design, frontend teams, platform, and DevOps partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong experience building or leading a Design System, UI platform, or shared frontend
• Deep knowledge of React, component architecture, and scalable frontend patterns.
• Experience working in large, multi-team environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
