📋 Description

• Translate priorities into plans: Partner with Developer GTM leadership to turn strategic priorities
• Partner across high-priority GTM programs: Own or co-own planning and execution for programs such
• Build cross-functional alignment: Act as connective tissue across Developer GTM, Product
• Narrative Building: Translate priorities into clear internal narratives, leader talking points
• Support broader Strategy & Incubation work: Lead high-priority projects across Developer GTM

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in roles like GTM strategy, business operations, chief of staff
• Experience driving complex initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, technical
• Strong judgment and the ability to simplify ambiguity into a practical plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn leadership
• Strong program management skills, including ownership of timelines, work streams, dependencies
• Experience planning or leading high-impact GTM programs such as SKOs, customer events, launches
