Developer Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve API and SDK issues in customer code (Python/TypeScript).
• Reproduce bugs and coordinate with Engineering to fix them.
• Communicate with developers via Slack/email to unblock them clearly.
• Write and maintain knowledge base docs to speed future work.
• Identify opportunities to improve developer experience and tooling.
• Write scripts and build tools to enhance the support process.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year in developer-facing support roles.
• Able to write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript.
• Quick learner of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Own technical problems until customers are unblocked.
• Communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively on issues.
• Curious about LLM use cases and AI reliability.
