Reproduce customer bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve.
Own customer communications via Slack and email; communicate clearly and empathetically.
Write and maintain knowledge base docs to unblock future developers.
Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, tooling, and workflows.
Write scripts and contribute to internal tooling to enhance support.

🎯 Requirements

Have at least 1 year of experience in developer-facing support roles.
Can write and debug Python and/or TypeScript code.
Familiar with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
Own technical problems and unblock customers.
Communicate clearly and empathetically.
Curious about LLM use cases and AI reliability.
