Developer Support Engineer (Singapore)

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve API/SDK issues with customer code (Python/TypeScript).
• Reproduce bugs, identify causes, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve.
• Own communications with developers via Slack and email; clear, technical empathy.
• Write and maintain knowledge base documentation to unblock future developers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience, including tools/docs/workflows.
• Write scripts, fix bugs, and contribute to internal tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in developer-facing roles (e.g., Software Engineer, TAM).
• Can write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript codebases.
• Comfortable learning and reasoning about APIs, SDKs, and tools quickly.
• Take ownership of technical problems until customers are unblocked.
• Clear, empathetic, and effective communication.
• Curious about LLM use cases and trustworthy AI.
