📋 Description

• Assay & Method Development: Develop and extend current assays to better fit evolving clinical
• Computational Data Analysis: Apply the analytical and computational methods used in current assays
• Validation & Regulatory Compliance: Support assay validations and derisking under regulatory
• Scientific Communication: Present technical findings and project updates verbally at group meetings
• Wet Lab Execution: Carry out experiments in lab and document experimental procedures and results
• Tech Transfer: Partner across departments to transfer and scale developed assays and workflows into

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology
• At least 12 months of experience with molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, electrophoresis, DNA
• Solid foundation in quantitative data analysis, statistics, and experimental design, with
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in reporting to cross-functional teams of scientists
• Proven experimental troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with sharp attention to detail
