🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, coaching, or customer
• Experience managing client relationships and recognizing client needs.
• Experience with Office 365, project management skills, and general career development concepts.
• Familiarity with proprietary learning platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Trello, Zoom, RingCentral, and other collaboration platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
