Development & Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time
• Identify, evaluate, select, and onboard contractors, suppliers, and other project vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules, coordinating timelines across internal teams and
• Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to
• Track project costs and provide regular financial updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within real estate
• Demonstrated experience managing projects remotely and coordinating distributed teams and external
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or comparable
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting software, project cost tracking, and cost-control methods.
• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.

🎁 Benefits

• Monthly salary of USD $3,000–$4,000.
• Fully remote, full-time position from Latin America.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 12:00 PM–1:00 PM lunch break.
