Development Officer, Individual Giving

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-net-worth
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 125–150 qualified donors and prospects across a defined U.S.
• Achieve or exceed an annual fundraising revenue goal of $800,000.
• Develop tailored solicitation strategies for major gifts, including planned gifts, campaign
• Guide the creation of donor proposals and oversee stewardship and reporting.
• Maintain accurate donor records and pipeline reports through CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of successful fundraising experience, including at least 3 years of frontline fundraising
• Proven track record of personally closing $7 million+ in total fundraising revenue.
• Demonstrated success securing five- and six-figure commitments.
• Experience managing donor portfolios, developing solicitation strategies, and closing major gifts.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizational structures.
