Development Project Manager, Data Center Development

📋 Description

• Manage integrated project delivery for assigned self-development sites from acquisition through
• Build and maintain the integrated project schedule, including the critical path, milestone exit
• Maintain the Owner's Budget through handoff, including cash flow forecasting, variance reporting
• Coordinate entitlement and permitting workstreams with development leads and external consultants
• Coordinate diligence and closing workstreams with Legal and technical leads—including title
• Coordinate delivery across Design, Construction, Power, Legal, Environmental Health and Safety, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience in data center, mission-critical, or
• Demonstrated ownership of significant pre-construction workstreams, including integrated schedule
• Working knowledge of entitlement and permitting processes, including AHJ submittals and approval
• Experience coordinating due diligence workstreams—including title, survey, geotechnical, and
• Proven ability to drive follow-through on agreed deliverables across internal teams and external
• Proficiency with project controls and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project
