📋 Description

• Provide expert application support for digital solutions, including RI Witness, and help customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IVF laboratories, technical application support, digital solution
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms and basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
