📋 Description

• Lead graphic design and general digital marketing initiatives across multiple company portfolios
• Spin up, maintain, and/or optimize inbound B2B campaigns (email, events, ads) to capture
• Take full ownership of social media channels, tailoring unique, platform-specific content to the
• Work as an embedded member of the marketing team, moving quickly from idea to shipped solution
• Translate marketing metrics into actionable insights, building clear reports for executive

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies. Proven track record
• Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative
• Hands-on experience with WordPress is required; familiarity with Drupal and HubSpot is a strong
• A strong interest or experience in using GenAI tools to scale growth experiments, produce content
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns across sister
• Bilingualism is required, as 75% of our clients are located outside the province of Quebec.
