Digital Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and lead digital marketing and paid acquisition strategy across SEM, paid social, display
• Own digital acquisition performance across the funnel, from awareness and lead generation through
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize channel allocation based on CAC, conversion, ROI, and
• Lead campaign planning, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve
• Oversee landing-page and conversion-funnel optimization in collaboration with Product, Creative
• Establish and monitor digital marketing KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, paid social, retargeting, and digital
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, CAC, conversion optimization, attribution, A/B
• Experience with web analytics and campaign measurement tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
